Jake Peacock is one of the most recognizable Muay Thai athletes in the world today. Born in London, England, and now based in Calgary, Alberta, Jake has built an international reputation through resilience, discipline, faith, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Born with a congenital amputation of his right forearm due to amniotic band syndrome, Jake faced challenges from an early age that would have discouraged many. Instead, he chose to turn adversity into strength. After experiencing bullying as a child, he began martial arts training at just seven years old, discovering a passion for competition and personal growth. Martial arts became more than a sport—it became a vehicle for confidence, discipline, and purpose.

After moving to Calgary with his family, Jake continued his martial arts journey and eventually found his calling in Muay Thai. Through years of dedication, sacrifice, and relentless hard work, he rose through the ranks to become one of Canada's most accomplished Muay Thai athletes. His accomplishments include becoming a WBC Canadian Champion, North American Champion, former European Champion, and earning a contract with ONE Championship, the world's largest martial arts organization.

While Jake's accomplishments in the ring are impressive, they tell only part of his story.

At his core, Jake is a devoted husband, father, and man of faith. His family is the foundation of everything he does, providing the purpose and motivation behind his pursuit of excellence both inside and outside the gym. He believes that true success is measured not only by championships and accolades but by the impact you have on the people around you.

As the founder and head coach of Dunamis Martial Arts, Jake has built more than just a gym. He has built a community where athletes, families, and individuals from all walks of life can train, grow, and belong. Whether working with young children taking their first class, adults seeking confidence and fitness, or professional fighters pursuing championships, Jake brings the same passion and commitment to helping others succeed.
